It's something I emphasize a lot in training. Your goals aren't going to be achieved in one session. Your diet isn't blown from one chocolate bar. We are what we repeatedly do and sticking at something, moving forward - even just a little - is still moving forward. So don't give up. Keep moving. Believe that you can. And you will 🌟

The fear of failure can paralyse us and cause us to do the very thing we fear. As an athlete it was something I fought against every time I went to race and I think it's just as important now. Having belief in yourself, or belief in something bigger than you can help to guide us out of this place of fear - which is always easier said than done. So let's do one thing today that scares us, do one thing that you have to stand up and fight for because eventually we'll become stronger, better and fitter than the thing that scares us 👊🏻🌟
