Hi Folks, as of the 25th of March 2020 the Fitness Studio will be closed for 4 weeks. I will post workouts and articles on a regular basis to help us all connect during these house bound days. Be safe, stay healthy, have fun with the family ❤❤❤❤

To all of my loyal clients, I'm just want to put your minds at ease. My cleaning process has always been stellar!!! Every Sunday the weights and cardio equipment are sanitized, including weight benches, and handles. All yoga mats are machine washed twice a week. Carpet shampoo every other week. Gym mats cleaned and hosed off. Mirrors and Windows once a week. We always have a fresh supply of workout towels available and filtered water in the refrigerator. Due to the current situation I have up the cleaning process. Through cleaning twice a week. All equipment, and door handles before and after each client. I want you to continue to train and feel safe. Thank you for coming and making my life an absolute joy!!!!❤❤❤

2020 Kettlebell Sport Calendar is up!!! We have just locked in another Christchurch Pentathlon on March 28th!!! If you are interested in participating please get in touch!!! Group training are starting this week!!! We will be learning all of the lifts and getting fit at the same time!!!

This has been the year of the kettlebell pentathlon!!!! Next up The Glass house in Tauranga, hosted by Gayle Brown!!!!
Results are in from Round 3 of the Pentathlon Series at KohatuFit Kaitaia! Huge congrats to all new lifters who stepped on the platform! 16 athletes at this competition, of which 14 were first time competitors! Kettlebells are alive and well in the far north! We look forward to some of you making the trip down to The Glasshouse in September for Round 4 🙌
Special mention to Floss for the best female performance on the day and to Wiremu and Hema for storming to the top of the male leaderboard with very strong performances!
Last but certainly not least, thanks to KohatuFit for hosting your first competition and to Victoria Broullon and Gayle Brown for representing NZGSA.
