💥New exercise added to my training
💥Here we have the landmine row. This exercise I performed for the first time and I think its a banger.
💥My new focus is on body building style, specifically trying to create a deep stretch to facilitate a better peak contraction. I add a step up to add more range for more stretch on the target muscle
💥This felt crazy in my lats and noticed it primed my lats for the rest of my workout.
💥Give this variation a try if you're trying to blow up your back 💪
