🔴 ⚫ U26 Fundraiser Tournament – Recap 🔴 ⚫

While the weather wasn’t fantastic first thing in the morning, it turned out to be a great day out on the green, with plenty of competitive bowls and fundraising for our Canterbury U26 Team.

A huge thank you to Halswell Bowling Club and their volunteers for hosting the tournament, your support is greatly appreciated.

Thank you also to Shona Pritchard for being our fantastic umpire for the day.

We’d also like to acknowledge our generous supporters:

- FreshChoice Sumner for donating the supplies for our sausage sizzle, as well as the voucher for the Spider competition
- Henselite for donating a brand new set of bowls for our raffle

A big thank you to our Canterbury U26 Team and their coach JT, who got stuck in helping run the event while also taking part in some of the games.

Congratulations to Mark Buist’s team on taking out the tournament win!

Thanks to everyone who supported the event, we raised over $2,000 for our U26 Team. Your generosity and support are hugely appreciated.

We now turn our attention to our upcoming tournament against the Dunedin U30 Team on 4–5 July. Keep an eye on our page for all the results over the weekend!
