UCheer Showcase is this Sunday!!
Come along and watch our amazing UCheer athletes perform the routines we have been working on this year that we will be putting on the comp floor up in Nelson later this month!
Held at All Star Pride gym at 17 Barbour street, Waltham on Sunday 16 July. This event will be a gold coin donation ❤️
Doors will open at 6:45pm and performances will start at 7pm.
Our raffle will also be drawn on the night so if you haven’t yet, get your raffle tickets 💛

One week until the 2023 UCheer quiz night!!
Bring a team of 4-6 people along for an epic night hosted by UCheer's two team captains Imy & Sophia :-)
This event is a fundraiser for UCheer's 2023 competition costs, allowing the team to travel to Nelson and Auckland.
CATERGORIES INCLUDE:
True or False, Sports, Music, Geography, Arts and Media, & Food and Drink.
Tickets are on sale now at $10 per person. They can be purchased through the Eventbrite link (link in bio)! Teams are 4-6 people.
The bar will be open for food and drinks, plus platters will be provided throughout the evening.
Invite your friends and family and we can't wait to see you all there!

Hi, I'm Rachel, one of your coaches of the level 3/4 team this year! I have been cheerleading for 11 years and somehow am still in love with the sport. I cant wait to pass on my knowledge to athletes this season and watch all of you grow and improve. When I'm not cheerleading I am studying Psychology at UC or planning my next adventure up the mountain!
Hey I’m Nicole, one of the 3/4 coaches for 2023! This will be my 7th year being involved in coaching and 10 years since I started cheerleading. I am 24 years old and work full time in a law firm in the city as an Office Coordinator. My favourite part of cheer is stunts and dance - can’t wait to see the talent we have this year! My guilty pleasure is Disney musicals so if you ever let me on the speaker at training, get ready for some bangers!
Kia Ora, I’m Tayla and I am currently in my last year of Nursing!! I will be assisting the beautiful Rachel and Nicole with the level 3/4 team. This will be my 7th season (started when I was 15)!! I have competed across NZ alongside 3 different clubs and have absolutely loved being within the cheer community. Kia ora I am Jp. I am currently doing my PhD in Marketing. I will be head coach for the level ½ team his year. This is my 5th season in the sport. Throwing people in the air to gain points sounded like a good deal and I haven’t turned back ever since. Cheer has afforded me the opportunity to make some great connections and capture so many amazing memories. I absolutely love this sport and I cannot wait to share that love and passion with you.
