The skies were threatening tonight's bootcamp...
But the team smashed out the circuit and we completely dodged the rain!
It's so easy to call off exercise in anticipation of getting uncomfortable (like getting wet).
But this train of thought will have you always letting yourself off from giving your body what it needs to thrive - movement.
After over 20 years in the fitness industry, it's one of the biggest reasons I've seen for people struggling to stay consistent with their workouts.
Our brain will 9/10 times want to talk us out of exercise as it IS uncomfortable!!
But - we need to park our brains for that 30-60 minutes, and listen to what our BODY needs...

2025 Pegasus bootcamp is BACK this week!
First night, Monday 13th.
Then every Monday and Wednesday from 6.15pm - 7pm.
Join us as we kick off the season, making the most of being able to workout outside in fresh air, before Winter hits.

Gorgeous evening for a strength bag and cardio session!
Four weeks until Christmas - when it's sooo easy to put your fitness to one side and say that you'll start again in Jan...
But one of the BEST things you can do in this busy and often stressful season, is to keep up your exercise routine, which will pay off with managing your mental health - and therefore stress levels.

And with that - bootcamp is back outdoors again from this coming Monday (14th October) at Gladstone Park in Woodend/Pegasus.
Join me from 6.15pm for 45mins of fun (😅), laughs and fresh air, while you shake off the Winter and get stronger and fitter.

Moving into Autumn, but our bodies don't need to stop just because the weather gets cooler.
Remember that exercising CONSISTENTLY, all year round, is one of the absolute best gifts you can give to your future self!
Future, older, you - who still wants the strength and mobility to continue to enjoy all the activities life gives us, no matter how old we are.
So a gentle reminder, to find something this Winter that you can keep doing - no matter what the weather gods throw at ya!

Making the most of the hot evenings (and dry days - check the state of the grass round here! 😬) by being outdoors to exercise!
Was a mix of b***y bands and kettlebells this evening.
A few new muscles were felt by those who'd never put a large rubber band around their thighs before! 😅
Remember to always stretch, drink water and eat more protein, in order to help recover.
