Important announcement:

Ability Ark Fitness is designed to be an inclusive space for anyone to explore exercise with no judgement, irrespective of race, gender, medical limitations or disability.

We feel it is necessary to stay true to our business' ethos and will not be asking our clients for V passes.
Despite being vaccinated or having an excemption this still means unfortunately we do have some restrictions.

We will continue to look for alternative ways we can still work with our wonderful clients such as providing sessions through zoom.

It's great for balance, circulation, muscle awareness and its pretty fun!
Many clients ask where they can get one for home. We spotted some for sale yesterday and thought we'd let you know :)

We believe everyone can benefit from a better functioning spine and nervous system.

We know the immense challenges that come with having a family member with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

We want to help, and we are going to do that by removing any possible financial barrier for individuals diagnosed with an ASD.

From the get go, you exchange what you can 🙂❤️

All our chiropractors have experience with Autism.

Dr Alex has done specific post graduate training with the MINDD Foundation.
