Humbled always at the gifts received at Xmas from beautiful flowers, roses, lilies,😁 vegetables to biscuits chocolate fish always. Not to mention Mr Mac toys and food and not to forget the Mr Mac myself and the beautiful mug Thank you to the Clifford Family

As I reflect, that little blip in February, not to be repeated, but took a longer recovery, than I thought, meant of course a delay in having a holiday. Whou!! was that May 2025
A challenging year and to be here writing this, so grateful to all of you.
Including my Osteo Art and Shamella my beautiful acupuncture therapist
As I sit in the office and do my annual tidy up (always that stuff behind the scenes) time also to reflect and make some changes for myself.
Yes a holiday, like a real one.
Watch this space but don't panic not next week

And around the corner we go into February. Waitangi day Thursday 6th. We will be open. Your normal Thursday timetable. If enough here a good time to trial that Thursday evening at 7 in the Studio

Should be up for 7 pm class but in progress for 11 am
Short notice I have just been informed.. Inconsiderate to say the least, so enter slowly even walking or cycling
Why building be painted. Also just found out I too breathing deep breaths
How long don't know so bare with me as we work through stuff out of my control
