Well I been a bit absent aye 😅 but I'm still here!!! And my foot is on the mend.
I have decided to pull back in running classes just at this stage and become a participant and start getting some of that Zumba mojo back. It's been tough not being able to do what I love, even worse start losing some of the passion....However we won't let that happen!!!! So I have been going along to this awesome as party on a Tuesday night down at Chisnalwood Intermediate rocking it with these 2 awesome gems. Morning jammers!!!!
I am aiming to be back dancing in March!! Providing my foot can handle it and we have a venue. I know what I need to do for my foot now so just working on keeping it supported and strengthening it up so that when we come back we can come back strong. Thank you for your patience and remember to hit me up if you need your dance fix and I'll point you in the right direction. I will be going to some classes myself so I can see how my foot goes so I'll post when I do that if anyone wants to join me.
I hope everyone had had a break over this time and ready to smash out another year.

Been a bit quiet on the socials. Just enjoying the break.
Unfortunately at this stage I don't know when Zumba will be starting back up. I'm still having issues with my foot 😭😭😭 and the hall is actually getting the floor done again at the end of Feb and won't be re opening until hopefully April so I'll be looking for another venue once I'm able to dance again. I'm so sorry for this wee hiccup of mine however I have some awesome friends who are amazing Zumba instructors so let me know if your missing the dance floor and I'll let you know when their classes are. I'm absolutely gutted but there is always a reason for the season so I won't let it get me down too much. I really miss you all, I miss dancing, laughing and sharing with ya'll what I love. Anywho hopefully this won't take too much longer and we be dancing again.

I have plantar fasciitis
The doctor has told me to keep off my feet as much as I can...(yea ok 🙄😏)
I said "What about Zumba"?
He took one look at me and shook his head 🙅‍♂️
I am so gutted as we only had 2 classes left, however this pain has gradually been getting worse over time as I don't always listen to my body. I was hoping to get through to the end of the year 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ but the universe has other plans.
I am so very sorry to not be able to put on a last class but I am hoping that we can still get together to celebrate our year.
I propose Fri 16th Dec or Sat 17th Dec both sorta afternoonish. Let me know what yas think and we can go from there.
Again BOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! but I'll get sorted to come back next year even better!!!!
