π

Numbers will be limited to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.

These sessions are also being run as a fundraiser to help support my trip to the Over 40 Cricket World Cup, so I greatly appreciate the support from players and families.

There are plenty of new faces in the 15-man squad - 6 debutants in total - and some more experienced internationals, including 3 veterans of the previous World Cup in 2024.
Congratulations to all players named!

A big thanks to everyone who turned up to help with the Autumn pitch renovations and end of season clean up.
Thanks to Jared and Andrew who removed all of the sponsorship signs and scoreboards on Friday.
John has been hard at work scarifying, soiling and seeding pitch footmarks. Lofty, Graeme, Smitten and Richard joined John to help mow, seed, fertilize and soil pitches.
Ben and George had a clean up in the storage room.

Cricket Club Working Bee
As they say, many hands make light work.
Calling all Ohoka Cricket Club supporters, members and volunteers β weβd love your help at our working bee this Saturday! Itβs a great chance to pitch in, tidy up the grounds, and make sure everything is sorted for winter renovations, taking down signage and paking up for the off-season.
Whether you can spare an hour or longer, every bit helps and makes a real difference. Bring along a rake, shovel, or just yourself, and enjoy a bit of good company while giving back to the club we all love. See you there! πͺπ

Michael Loffhagen Cup - Club Person of the Year
Huge congratulations to our legendary Club President Graeme Johnson for being named our Person of the Year.
This award is a testament to genuine dedication and passion for the Ohoka Cricket Club. A great President sets the tone for the clubβs culture β fostering community, driving standards, and ensuring the club continues to grow both on and off the field.
To be recognised in this way shows the impact of that leadership, and the respect and appreciation felt by those around him. Itβs people like Graeme who are the backbone of community sport, and this recognition is richly deserved.

Our very hard working but quiet secretary, Mike Harvey, was our club Personality of the Season. Congratulations Mike and Thank you π)
