Hola amigos! Hope you are all doing well!!
Two weeks ago, we welcomed a wee boy, Luca, to our family! He’s such a blessing and we are all doing really good: his big sisters are really happy too and helping mum and dad with the extra tasks 😂
Hope you are all still keeping active and well! I will return to teach in a few months but for now, I will be enjoying the newborn stage 💙👶🏼

Hola!!!! Tomorrow would have been my last Zumba class for the year…. Unfortunately I won’t be teaching.
I haven’t been able to teach for the last 3 weeks: the first week because I got sick (a cold) and from the second week because I’ve injured myself celebrating (jumping) Argentina vs Netherlands…. Worth it? Absolutely! We won the Football World Cup today 😜😜 🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
In all honesty, I didn’t want to hear the physio’ recommendations earlier about stopping because my ligaments were getting more flexible and loose during pregnancy and because of that, I had to learn a hard (and painful) lesson!!
I am still seeing him to get my hips and lower back in a better and confortable position.
I know this is not the way that I wanted to finish teaching before I go on maternity leave but I have to prioritise my health (and baby’s).
We will see each other in a few months!
