I love my new fitport 😎
I have never liked gyms or inside activities . My happy place is outdoors and that’s why I love hanging out in my new office.
Since then I have found a new spark and I have enjoyed exploring and changing my own workout routines which I think has been affecting my clients 😳
More functional training and more mobility exercises 💪

Did you know that we have a new online class?
I thought I’ll give it a go through the 2 winter terms and see how we go.
Surprisingly I have enjoyed it, I loved coming up with different exercise ideas and structures and to still make sure everyone gets the most out of it.
A balanced mix of strength training (you need some dumbbells or a kettle bell), mobility and cardio training.
To be honest, a great day to start the day.
Every Tuesday at 6.15 am 😊 and the best thing is that you can join me from all around the world.

Week 5 - already 😊
It says it all, keep moving.
Sometimes we are under the weather and we need a rest - but other times you need to adjust. Turn up, do 10 min and I guarantee you will feel better.

I’m not always the most popular person 😂 especially when I take my people outdoors when the weather is, let’s say not ideal 😂😎
But -
not often that I don’t get a smile out of them at the end of the session.
I’m sure they will not forget me or this class - life is here to be lived even if it’s cold 🥶

Buying plants for the vegetable garden is one thing and easy , but when it grows you have to find a way to cook/use it 😂
