As mid-April arrives, our third TQ season comes to a close. I’m so thankful for the incredible support I've received this year - it truly means everything to me. A huge thank you to Ruapuna for hosting another fantastic season, and to the volunteers and team who take time out of their weekends to make racing possible. To my fellow drivers, thank you for the amazing season. I'm also thankful to my friends and family for their unwavering support and to those who lent a hand with the car when we needed it. Mum and dad, your dedication is inspiring - those 8 hour drives haven't gone unnoticed! I'm proud of my progress this season and grateful for the lessons learned, even the scary moments like last weekend's roll. To my amazing sponsors, thank you for believing in me.

I also just wanted to say thank you to my mum and dad for driving down on their own this weekend just so I could get out on the track for the last meeting.
We started grid 1 in race 1 and I was doing so well but unfortunately there was damage from last weekend that we did not know about. Thank you to Jordie, Doig & Raiden for trying your absolute best to get me back out on the track.

we are currently sitting 29th out of 54 cars on points for the T.Q NZ title.

so wrapped bring on tomorrow 2 more heats. Top 16 cars go straight through and than 2 from each b main, touch wood we make it into the big show, come on down to ruapuna and say hi tomorrow! 🤘🏼🏁

This was our Ryan Stone memorial meeting and they ran it a bit differently from the last 3 years. It was fastest lap time off grid 17 and then 2nd fastest in grid 16 and so forth. I ended up with grid 14 which means I had the 4th fastest lap time. I am incredibly happy with my improvement with my racing over the past 2 meetings and i’m excited to see what 2025 has in store.

what an awesome night, we had a field of 29 T.Qs split into 3 groups.

Unfortunately I spun up the whilst holding 2nd place 😬 sadly this was a caution caused by me so i was put to the rare of the field.

This was one of the best races i’ve had! i led the race for around 7-8 laps and was passed by the talented 1NZ in the end but i am so happy with this result!

Practice 1 was somewhat of a blast, over the off season our engine had a refresh ready for the 24/25 season and man did the car feel good the first run. Second run wasn’t so fun i was coming around turn 4 and the car was just hitting limiter and then i discovered my car had somehow popped out of gear and it wouldn’t go back in again so unfortunately I only got 1.5/3 runs but i’m stoaked with how the car handled.

Huge thank you to mum and dad as always for taking their saturdays to travel down from picton to help me race and thank you to them both for working on my car as I can’t it is forever appreciated. Thank you to my friends who popped out to have a look and support me & a huge thank you to all my sponsors for hopping on board with me again this season!

Our season now comes to an end, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff at ruapuna for all their efforts this season and always putting on an absolutely amazing season once again, best track I have ever been apart of & raced on! A huge thank you to all the competitors for another amazing season of racing. Thank you to russel for coming out and watching and to all my friends for hanging around and supporting me every meeting! and last but not least a huge thank you to my mum and dad for driving down and back every single race meeting just so they could see me out there, no words can express how thankful I am for you both!

I am very proud of myself and everything i have learnt over this season I can definitely see the improvement! Thank you to everybody who has sat me down over the season and taken their time to help me improve.

this wasn’t the best race i have had.

definitely saw some improvement with my racing through out this race.

I got off to a nice start where i was leading the race for a lap and a half. I then dropped down to 3rd where i was running for majority of the race until i sadly got into a wee crash and I could hear the engine making a ticking noise, i decided to be safe and pull into the infield.
Finished DNF

Thankfully it was only the exhaust pipe coming off the exhaust header, all fixed and ready to go for next meeting!

The biggest congratulations to Montana Jamieson for winning the feature, it was very well deserved and you drove like a champ 💪

we attended the war of the wings meeting at our home track!
tonight was a huge learning curve for me, i learnt so much more which has given me a huge confidence boost to push myself and my car.

we had 32 degree heats today in canterbury and i’ve had over a month off for christmas break so i decided to take it slow and get used to racing again without pushing my body to hard in the ridiculous heats.

this had to be by far one of the best races i have ever had. After learning some new tips to do with my lines and racing etc etc i took them in and saw huge improvement! I was sitting in second for a lap then i was down to third where we then had a caution and i continued to run third until we hit another caution and i then lost my place. I am still beyond proud of myself for placing where i did and i can only imagine i will slowly get better.

we attended the ryan stone memorial at our home track Ruapuna speedway.
we ran two heats I am now unsure of what my grids were but I am definitely going to keep onto that in 2024!

I placed 15th in points.
