Yoga Class | Life Tree Yoga | Christchurch Life Tree Yoga Is a boutique mobile yoga business based in Chirstchurch, we offer regular classes, workshops, private sessions and retreats. Our main focus is specialising in curating classes, that are soft, gentle, meditative, that focus on breath awareness, to allow deep release and relaxation.

Sending out a massive Happy New Year to everyone where ever you may find yourself reading this post. I hope you have had a great start to the year and found some space to relax and integrate the year that has been. I have decided not to set a resolution for the year ahead but instead, an intention, to help cultivate the essence of the year. My intention in 2023 is to deeply explore Atma Prema, unconditional self-love and what it means to me.
A few ideas I have around this concept so far.
1. If I have the chance to notice a condition, I have the opportunity to gently dismantle it.
2. My body will never stay the same, or magically rewind, it is evolving constantly, in fact, every wrinkly, stretch mark, fickle, creaky joint, flabby bit, muscle, bone, tendon, vein, all of the organs, every inch of my body is a map of the life, the experiences, the sacred journey I have been on and deserves to be honoured in the now.
3. Dancing with Atma Prema, the essence of love, can I invite her to witness it all, to feel it all, to embody all of it, the happiest moments, to the hardest darkest days and everything in between, the extraordinary, to the ordinary mundane, which in fact is always extraordinary, because no two moments are ever the same.
So where ever you are in this completely unique moment, you have never been in before, with your amazing evolving body, I wish you an abundant year full of Happiness, Magic, and to dance with Atma Prema in all the bright, dark, grey, light, shiny moments this life has to offer.
