Rollz is offering a $1000 to anyone that can refer a warehouse lead with the following criteria: *Minimum 180m2 of use-able flat concrete *Minimum 8 carparks with off street parking *Maximum $50,000 lease per year (rent) *Must be located in Christchurch city or close surrounding area. *Must have wheelchair access and bathroom. *Minimum of 2 bathrooms.
You refer us a property, (send us contact details of the owner) We then sign up a lease and, we will pay you $1000 once we have a lease signed. That easy..

People dont lose faith! This is all a normal part of the process 🤗 Other sports facilities battled for 12 months to get consent but they still got it.
We are dedicated to making this happen. We are not about to stop, we are about to increase focus by x10 and push for this!
We need support now more than ever! Get behind us and stay positive! As a collective we are strong and we can make movements and show the council we aren't going to stop untill we get this city the indoor park it needs! We have all the materials and everything we need! This is not going to stop us!

Update: Our proposed location in Woolston backs onto an industrial heavy zoned property causing complications with our resource consent, not to mention the minimal number of car parking. Council reckon we have a 20% chance of obtaining a consent for this building. However after speaking to a town planner at Novogroup he seems to think we have a more likely chance. Moving forward a new location is on the cards (with lots of parking).
WE ARE SEEKING:
Fire safety assessor, architect and someone with vast knowledge of the building code to add to our team. If you have any questions or comments please send us a DM.
