Sorry tonight's class is cancelled. I had a tooth extracted this week and was hoping to be ok for tonight but I'm in too much pain. See you all next week for our last class of the year and let me know if you want to go join us for dessert after class

Who wants to try a masterclass? This is a 2 hour Zumba party run by international Zumba instructors. I have trained with Marlex before and he is awesome, I have heard Tamara is too. It is in Rolleston so I will try to arrange a car pool for those interested. 🙂

Some info on the difference between Zumba and Strong by Zumba

Thank you to all who have come to my Rolleston class, I have had so much fun but sadly this class is now cancelled.

Luckily there are lots of wonderful exercise classes in Rolleston to attend, I have tried and recommend the following

Strong by Zumba- a high intensity no dancing Zumba

Aquafitness at the Selwyn Aquatic centre - a great water aerobics workout which is easy on the joints

The community centre also has a great range of classes including Zumba, pump, step,etc.

ATTENTION Rolleston: I have an announcement to make, unfortunately my Rolleston class is coming to an end. Its sad for me to make this decision but we are not getting enough people attending to sustain the class. Thank you very much to those who have joined me for these classes I have had a lot of fun. Next Tuesday will be our last class so please come along and have one last dance with me even if you haven't been in a while everyone is welcome! In the coming week I will post some info on other great fitness classes in the area and feel free to message me for more info. Hope to see you next Tuesday! Thanks
