Happy International Yoga Day 💛
Yoga is such a light in my life. I found yoga through dark times, it has helped me heal, grow and I learn every day from my practice.
Yoga for me is all about connection. Connection to the breath, body, mind, soul, the present moment and connection to others.
I’m so grateful to do something I love and to be able share it with the people around me 💗
