We are back - Tuesday 11th February 7-8pm at A-Town In Hampshire Street - $5. Come get amongst it 🥊

Come get amongst it tonight 7pm A-Town Boxing In Hampshire Street. A wee teaser warmup round for you “Pyramid Set” body drops- squats - leg lifts - donkey kicks and skaters 👌 to see how it’s done come on down.

Fred had a meeting with A-Town and it was decided that the best option for training for both A-Town and Schwalgers is for our Tuesday sessions to start at 7pm. We really appreciate being able to use the A-Town facilities and this will enable both clubs to keep their sessions going strong.

6.30pm tonight at A-Town Boxing Gym. Come get amongst it $5 for the session. Behind the Hampshire Street shops.

It’s our last session at the school hall on Thursday 31st May - after class we will have a low key get together so bring a beverage, a cup and some nibbles to share. From Tuesday 4th June we will be training from A-Town Boxing in Hampshire Street starting at 6.30pm. At this stage we will be training Tuesday only. Have a look at their page. 👌

Hi Peeps - Come get amongst it Tuesday for a “lower body blitz” session before we get on the bags and I’ll guarantee we’ll increase your serotonin levels leaving you feeling in an elevated happier mood ☝️💪🤗

Hi peeps one of our members Colleen left her white watch on the stage at training on Thursday with her drink bottle but when she went to leave it wasn’t there. Did anyone move it - or it may have got mixed up with someone else’s gear. Get back to us if you remember anything 👌❤️
