Mixing it with liquid egg whites makes that protein intake even higher!
Today's breakfast for me is only 215 cals and a whopping 30g protein! 💪

What I ate in a day as a 40yo woman with IBS, a gluten & dairy intolerance AND eating in a deficit.
My deficit is 1459 cals due to my height being only 152cm (shorty!!) & weight currently 60kg.
Eating this little is certainly a struggle at times as I'm used to maintaining weight at about 1600-1700cals but I am currently part of my 28 Day Core Challenge so got to be consistent to see those results! 💪
