Unfortunately tonight has been rained out. Racing starts at 4pm tomorrow!

📢 FRIDAY MARCH 27 RAINED OUT

Tonight’s event at Ruapuna Speedway will not go ahead due to the extreme weather and high rainfall we have experienced in the last 24 hours, and what is still due to come.

The decision has been made to start tomorrow, Saturday March 28, at the earlier time of 4PM. The Fireworks display will also still go ahead as planned. We do not plan on running Sunday March 29, all events scheduled for this weekend will now be run in one night.

All Friday night ticket-holders will be refunded. To request your ticket be transferred to Saturday night, please reach out to [email protected] immediately.

For those that purchased a Double Pass, you will be refunded 50% for the Friday night portion of your ticket.

The pit gate will now open at 10:30AM, with main gates opening at 2PM.

Picked up the win at the War of the wings finale at Ruapuna Speedway on Saturday night!

We had a fast car all night, started from P2 in the feature and made a pass for the lead just past half race distance.

February was a good month for the team with four races at four different tracks. 3 quick times!!! Two 2nd place finishes and two feature wins!

Eyes forward to the NZ sprintcar grand prix at the end of the month!

the I&D George Contracting Top Gun award goes to Connor Rangi Motorsport who never left the fight in his bid to retain his 2024-25 Hydraulink War of the Wings crown. He may have fallen short but what a final feature race he drove.
