This is not how you support local businesses!
Hope this young fella sees this post somewhere and takes Ben up on his offer. Fingers crossed you get your stuff back, one way or another.
🚨Possibly the best and worst birthday to date. 🚨Waking up to a phone call that some 🤡 has broken into my shop and decided to help himself to our Tv, PS4 the till and possibly the funniest bit is stealing my little pride and joy the CT110 that sat at the shop for kids to look at.
We are all good and it’s under control just a smidge earlier start to my day than normal 😂 But I do get the last laugh and you have gotta see the silver lining in most things that I do. And if you know me well I will be a little annoyed but I also do think. Why and what’s going on in your life that you have to do this to get by! So what I’m going to do if you can share this for me. If this joker sees this on here and has the balls to bring our stuff back and tell me what’s going on I’ll will give him $200 and a big ass hug to say mate come on we are all out here trying to get ahead.
Soo Mr joker I’ll be waiting you can flick me a call on 0273788351 I’ll give you till 4pm Monday 22nd June to get in touch before I get the police involved and just a heads up my cameras go real gooooooood so we have some good footage of your face xo

Atlas will be one of the safest gyms you could be at during these unprecedented times:
- A capped private membership base allows for no waiting of gear and uncrowded spaces 👫
- An open plan & primarily free weight barbell gym means all gear is spaced safe distances apart ... Length of barbells and space beyond provide automatic 1-2m distances between e.g squat racks, bench presses, bench pulls etc 🏋🏻♂️
- Constant staff maintenance ensures everything is kept clean and in order 🧼
- Contact tracing will be done via compulsory swipe access for current members, and log book for new member enquiries/ casual sessions 📝
- Multiple hand sanitiser stations (including immediately upon entering) and spray wipe bottles & cloths will be present around the gym for members to clean hands and gym gear following use 🧽
We insist all gym goers to follow the guidelines from Exercise NZ outlined in the info graph photo attached 😇
See you all soon! 😍

Here's a lockdown DIY project for any of you with a jigsaw in the garage. Save hundreds of dollars on those crazy expensive massage guns and use your jigsaw instead. I won't take credit for the idea, spotted it online somewhere, but it works a treat. Variable speed, and you can lock the trigger on. Even better if you have a battery powered jigsaw. I just used a piece of steel, some scrap plywood, and some glue. I shaped the head of the steel to match the jigsaw blade so it locks in. Then glued, clamped, and shaped the plywood into a rounded head.

Time for a park session. Get some good old rugby conditioning done and feel the wind in your hair as you hammer out some sprints at full noise to really test your hamstrings.
You'll need to take 6 markers with you (cones are good but pieces of clothing, drink bottles, etc are fine). Also take a towel if you don't want to lie down on the grass.
Mark your start line, then, taking big steps, mark out a 10m line, 20m, 30m, 40m, and 50m line.
The warm up should be self explanatory, but really important to warm up your hamstrings ready for sprinting. Use your 30m marker for the 4 build up sprints where you wind the speed up each one till you're giving it the full jandle on the last one.
Malcolms are a special treat that most rugby and league players will know well.
1 Malcolm = starting from a lie down on start line, push up, get up and sprint to the 10m line, drop to chest on the ground, push up, get up sprint to the 20m line, turn and drop to chest on ground, push up, get up and sprint back to start line. This is all done as quick as possible.
Enjoy!

Yayyy, 4 day weekend!
Here's your Easter Workout to make sure you earn those choc treats.
Just 1 big round this time. Do it in order, complete each exercise before moving to the next. Rest whenever you need it.
Shouldn't need much explaining...No lockout goblet squats are exactly as they sound. Don't straighten your knees at the top, always keep a slight bend in them so the tension stays constant. Pike push ups are shoulder press ups. From standing, bend at the hips to put your hands on the ground about 2 feet in front of your toes. Keep your legs straight and do a shoulder press up till your head touches the floor between your hands. T2B/K2C = toes to bar/knees to chest. And Bunny Burpees are just normal burpees with an extra jump at the top...unless you want to go full Bunny and stick your top teeth over your bottom lip and make short bunny paws with your arms too.

Getting sideways today.
Looks complicated but it's pretty straight forward. Do all the A's on your left side (i.e. left leg for A1 and A2, left side for A3, left arm for A4 and A5). Then all again on your right side. Keep alternating sides each round till you've done 3 rounds each side.
Then do the same with the B's.
The heavy carry is a single arm out and back Farmers Walk. Aim for about 20m out and 20m back. Try and find the heaviest thing around your house that you can carry for that distance. Your grip should be close to failing by the end of each carry. If you find something impressive/interesting to carry, post us a pic.
If you're not sure how to do any of these exercises, just look them up.
Side raises are lying in a side hold position but on your hand not elbow. Raise your hips up as high as you can then back to the floor.
If pistol squats are too hard, do them to a bench or chair height that you can manage.
