Congrats to Kirsty Nation, who pulls on the Black Sticks smock for the very first time this evening in the second test against Australia.
Kirsty has been an integral part of the Carlton Redcliffs premier women’s team for many years whilst also being a mainstay of the Canterbury Cats since 2015.

The ex-Rangi Ruru pupil is also somewhat of a cross-code extraordinaire, who is fresh off a big summer of cricket representing the Canterbury Magicians. Having swapped out the cricket gear for her goalkeeping pads, she is all set to debut at the highest level this evening.

Go well Kirsty! We are all behind you.

We were lucky enough to have Frances Davies present our 1st XI dresses last year and we couldn't be more proud and super excited to see her named in the Tokyo Olympic team. We are looking forward to watching you and the Black Sticks go well.
