The 1st Division is decided by the fastest person on the day and anyone within 2 seconds of them falls into the 1D. The winner of the 2D is 2 seconds slower than the winner of the 1D and everyone within 2 seconds falls into the 2D. The winner of the 3D is 4 seconds behind the winner of the 1D so it’s almost a game of luck where your time lands and it gives anyone a chance of winning.
