Lukas Kresja hitting personal best across his 3 lifts!.
His progression from our very first strength test to where heβs currently at are as follows:
Squat - 135 to 165kg
Bench - 90 to 100kg
Deadlift - 160 to 185kg
Alongside his strength training we are also working on his power, which requires strength and speed to develop force quickly.

βThe first photo was taken towards the end of my first year of university (2018), weighing 94kg. The fresher 5 turning into 10. I was given a training program that helped me both lose weight and gain strength. Along with this I was given an eating plan which was easy to follow and maintain. Sticking to both of these caused my body to slim and tone noticeably faster than I thought it would. The second photo was taken in June. Weighing 82kg. I am currently doing weight training 5-6 days a week and trying to do some type of cardio every second day. I try to sort out what I'm going to eat a week in advance to help keep a healthy balanceβ.
Bench max went from
80kg to 95kg
Squat max went from
120kg to 155kg
Deadlift max went from
160kg to 180kg

Shout out to Anne Ward! From day 1 she has made an awesome effort towards her goals!
Having currently lost 12.5kg she has also progressed her fitness (by increasing her lactate threshold) and strength (doubling her very first deadlift PB!).ππΎββοΈππΎββοΈ

A big congratulations to Phillipa Dear for passing her Police fitness test today!
Her biggest weakness was being able to comfortably do 20 press ups, safe to say that is longer an issue, It has been a pleasure working along side you to help achieve your goals!! ππ½ββοΈπ₯π
