This is especially true during those few months before a bodybuilding competition for those who compete. But even recreational bodybuilders live a lifestyle that’s far from the norm. In all seriousness though, health and fitness is a life long journey. It's the small daily disciplines of training, nutrition and recovery that can add to big results.
If you want to optimise your life, then taking care of your body, should be a priority. It's the only one you get! Working out regularly or being physically active is the best way to improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
