Sadie and I had a simply brilliant weekend at CO Dressage. I asked a lot of her this weekend and she never said no. Extremely proud and grateful for this complicated and wonderful little horse ❤️

It’s tournament time! We can all agree that the weather has been awful but hopefully those riders who were able to make it to the showgrounds will have a good time.

I’ll be hanging around with this wee girl, please come say hi if you see us (although maybe keep your distance if she’s on two legs!)

My goal for this tournament is to graciously accept whatever Sadie offers 😅

As some of you might know, I’m a Central Otago Central Otago Dressage committee member and am somewhat responsible for bombarding your newsfeeds with promotional material lately 😬 ( ). But it’s only because we are all so excited to bring you this new class plus unregistered classes at all levels. So please do get involved and get your entries in! I’ve entered and I invite you to come have a laugh with me as I attempt the musical class with my level 1 horse 😂

I really enjoyed the overall quality of the eventing dressage, there are some wonderful combinations there. And the scores! 😱
Cross country tonight should be very interesting.

Who’s enjoying their long weekend so far?
Sadly I’m not riding at the autumn dressage tournament next weekend but I will be at the office and doing odd jobs. Hopefully it’s a pearler just like this weekend is 🤩

Not a horsey post but I can’t resist sharing some pics of my hounds. If you’ve ever considered adopting a greyhound I say just do it. These girls have enriched my life in ways I never expected 🥰 Nightrave Greyhounds New Zealand
