Surgery has gone well! A bit of pain and nausea at the start but all under control now. They expect I may be back into my prosthetic a lot sooner than the 3 month mark! Will keep you all updated when I plan to be back at work.

Dry needling is a popular option for many of my clients to help keep their bodies pain free.

Dry needling has many benefits, including improving blood flow, balancing pH levels, increase oxygen and releasing trigger points (or sometimes referred to 'knots' in the muscle belly).

I incorporate the Dry needling techniques with other musculoskeletal approaches to soften the tissue and get you walking out feeling so much better.

This client came in last week with persistent pain deep in her bicep muscle (possibly due to an old injury in the area)
With manual therapy, dry needling, myofascial release and some PNF stretching of muscles down the arm and around her shoulder joint, she was walking away pain free and with greater range of motion through the shoulder and elbow joint.
Since then, the pain has not returned 👌👌
