Since we won't be getting back to training for at least another few weeks, it's time for some home training! I hope you all have been training at least 4 hours a day...
Just kidding. This week, see if you can convince family/flatmates in your bubble to let you practise wristlocks on them*. Today's wrist lock: Kote Gaeshi
Link to our video library is down below, or a direct link to the wrist lock video (today's wrist lock is 0-25 sec)
Tips to remember:
- Same side grab
- Thumb between the 3rd or 4th knuckle
- Equal sided triangle with your feet
- Swing those hips on the way down!
- **Be NICE to your training partner!**
*If your flatmates or family volunteer, make sure to be gentle and explain what's going to happen and when to tap (when it gets uncomfortable) BEFORE practising on them! If there's no one willing in your bubble, practise going through all the moves anyway
