We are nestled upstairs within the Trident House / Tapley Swift building. Downstairs you will find a shared workspace with offerings from many incredible people:

🌼 Updated studio offerings for the start of 2026 🌼

A big warm welcome to Leanne and Catalina.

Leanne will be holding women’s movement sessions on Thursday evenings for an 8-week block starting 12th February.

Catalina .studio will be offering “Midday Reset” a slow flow, restorative and meditation class on Wednesdays for a 6-week block beginning 18th February.

New class with Harakeke Studio starting 18th Feb

If your mornings are rushed and you are mentally fried by the afternoon, this class might just be what you need! An invitation to reset the body and mind.

This will be a short nourishing practice with slow dynamic movements, pockets of stillness and finishing with a meditation to help you combat the afternoon slump.
