✨The next Tika Yoga 4 week relaxation/restorative yoga block starts Sunday 28th May and runs for 4 consecutive Sundays

🌼4-5.15pm at my home studio in Kew, Dunedin.

🌻$80 for the 4 sessions which can be transferred to someone else if you are unable to make a class.

🌸Classes are gentle, mainly floor based postures focused on relaxation & building emotional resilience

✨This ancient Ayurvedic wellbeing technique promotes tension release for the upper back, shoulders, neck, head & face. Stimulating hair follicles for rejuvenation and utilising acupressure and essential oils to help balance hormones and organ systems.
