Trusting the process and ticking the boxes has been the main focus for Hannah β
Initially our journey was about balancing out damaged hormones and reducing inflammation. Now weβre refocusing to improving muscle density and building her shape to suit her goals!

Pre Prep Build phase going to plan with πͺ
This has been a slow and steady build up of caloric intake and training volume / intensity over the past 3 months of working together and lean tissue is building in all the right places
Muzz has a very fast metabolism and typically gains minimal body fat - since day 1 we are up from 3.5k β‘οΈ 5.5k calories and have only built lean tissue as evidenced in the comparison photos. Strength is way up

9 Weeks between shots with first time Bikini competitor
Sophie was already training and eating well prior to starting with us - we re-structured her training and tailored it to build and develop her physique as needed for the bikini division along with setting a whole foods diet with set foods / sources and gradually building up intake along with metabolism and training intensity - we now have her eating 1000 more calories daily than when we began!
Sophie is now stronger than ever, training with high intensity, setting pbs nearly every week and building an excellent bikini shape ππ

Decided to do a tidy up / cut pre footy season where we would need to increase calories / carbs for energy
Left:94kg
Right: 85kg
Nothing crazy was used to achieve this - no ridiculous deficit or immense cardio - just ticking the boxes week after week and getting consistent results. If results slowed we modified diet / energy expenditure

Congratulations to for his first ever NZIFBB prep and first classic physique show - taking 5th place in a very stacked classic division
Jacob was over 10kgs up on his 2023 stage weight! π₯

HUGE improvements over 2023 which was our goal and we did that π₯ taking 5th place in both of her divisions at the SIC this past weekend
