A handwritten list by Teruo Chinen Sensei, titled 剛柔八法 (Goju Happo), of his Eight Laws/Methods of Goju-Ryu. It outlines a comprehensive training syllabus or curriculum framework for Goju-Ryu Karate, blending traditional physical practices with historical and philosophical components. He wrote this for me after a seminar here.
