Are you interested in building up your fitness and stamina without the hassel of joining a gym?
I provide one on one boxing sessions where I come to you!
Boxing is a great way to build up your endurance, improve your hand-eye coordination, balance and helps to strengthen your upper body and core. Plus its a whole heap of fun!
Suitable for anyone and everyone!
I provide everything you need (which is a pair of gloves) and you provide the space.... ie a back lawn, garage, or we can meet at local nearby park.

Big Congratulations to Jennie for being the winner of the female category for my 8 week strength challenge!
Jennie had never tried any form of barbell compound exercises before our first session in week 1. She made an over strength increase of 45kg over the three lifts - Squat, Deadlift and Benchpress.
Well done Jennie! Enjoy your massage at The Muscle Mechanics 🙂

Massive congratulations to Blair for winning my 8 week strength challenge. Blair’s total weight for the three lifts (bench press, deadlift and squat) increased from 380kg in week 1 to 420kg in week 8!
Well done mate you did extremely well.

Congrats to my client Samara on her awesome effort this month! Such an impressive transformation!

➡️ What was your main goal before you started taking your training seriously?
"I originally wanted to be fitter for horse eventing season, but my focus has changed to be fitter and healthier in general just to feel good!"
➡️ What have you enjoyed most about being part of TRIBE Fit?
"I love the support and encouragement from my Tribe Coach Alyssa. I also like the fact that it is competitive but not in a negative way! It such a good team environment."
➡️ Whats the biggest change you've noticed in yourself over the past 6 weeks?
"I've noticed a huge change both mentally and physically and have an increased positivity about life in general. Everything feels easier and I have much more confidence!"
➡️ What does a typical training week look like for you?
" 3-4 Tribe sessions, 2 Spin classes, 1 or 2 PT sessions with Simon and I often come in on my lunch break with co-workers"

"Flex is like an additional family, everyone from the Tribe Coaches to the PT's are super supportive which makes my journey so much easier and fun!"

Hey guys I’m back!
After 3 weeks off from work to help out with my 9 week old son who was suffering from a bad case of colic, I’m back personal training and taking my Boxfit class at Flex Fitness Green Island!

I am really loving getting outside of the gym for an hour and taking these bootcamp classes. We’re currently in week 2 and so far we have only had 1 rainy day!
