We are a family focused community Softball & T-ball club that services Green Island / Fairfield / Mosgiel and the greater Dunedin area. We have a team for everyone, boys and girls, men and women, ages 4 - 65+ years. We have T-ball, Junior softball ,Slo-Pitch, Men's, Womens and Mixed senior teams available

🥎 Cardinals, we need your help!

The new softball season is nearly here, and OSA has a busy working bee planned to get the diamonds ready. We’ll be installing the softball fences at Hancock Park on Saturday 26 September from 10am.

If you can spare even an hour, it will help speed things up immensely. Many hands make light work, and we’d love to see our Cardinals family there! 💚

Entry Fee $250 inc GST 🪙
Prizes 1st & 2nd 🫰

They are open to players of any grade 15 years & over and don't need to be registered to a club or association to partake 🙂‍↕️

🥎You know the season is getting close when we put up the working bee 🐝 poster.🥎
💛We are aiming to have all the diamonds set up this weekend - starting Saturday 10am. ( You don't need to stay the whole day, just whatever time you can give is really appreciated ).
💙Come on down and lend a hand - each diamond will have a different crew working on it. We will provide a bite to eat around lunchtime for our volunteers.
💛We have set aside Sunday if needed, or the weather decides to control the day 🌦️

🌟 WHAT A TURNOUT! 🌟

A massive thank you to our committee members and senior players for giving up their time and supporting today’s Have A Go Day.

We had a fantastic turnout across our U7 to U13 age groups. It was also great to see some familiar faces returning, already itching to get back out on the diamond!

The weather may not have been at its best, but it certainly didn’t stop these little rays of sunshine from getting involved and showing us what they could do.

Thank you to all the families and friends who came along and helped make the day such a success. We can’t wait to see everyone back on the diamond this season!

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Every young player deserves a safe and fun space to play ball.

The Cardinals are looking for sponsors to help put protective face masks in our U13 and U15 kit bags. Wearing one is a player’s choice, but having one available gives our young players that choice.

Our first goal is one mask per bag for our pitchers. With support, we’d love to grow that to three per bag.
