I will teaching a full weekend workshop in Dunedin the last weekend of Nov this year. As we come to the end of the year this workshop will be about slowing down, turning inwards and settling the nervous system. There will a couple of different quieter sequences to enjoy. The usual attention to alignment and detail will still be taught so it wont all be a walk in the park 😆
