Tony is 86 years old and he is having regular weekly massage done. He is doing this because "I feel a big benefit and difference in my body by doing so"
Tony also does regular weekly exercises, 2x biking session, 1x personal training, 1x Pilates session and of course, finishing the week with a Sport Massage Therapy.
I was happily surprised to hear that he would rather continue with this routine than having more surgery. "I don't need to have a surgery, I feel fine without it and get more results from exercising and looking after myself" ...." I wish that somebody could have told me earlier that surgery should be the very last resort and until then to work hard for my wellbeing "
