Foam is dry now so time to pour the expanding foam.

Well, pulled the plugs and whadaya know.
Factory plug has not enough resin as you can see the grooves are dry. Quite common on these pop out boards sadly.
The replacement one quite the opposite. Heaps of resin because the hole was not replaced with foam, just filled up with resin.
I'll have to leave this for a while now as the foam in the right side is wet. It will need to be dried completely before I fill in the foam.

One board, 2 buggered plugs.
One is a previous replacement and has failed again. Possibly because it was set too high in the board as the FCS logo has been sanded off.
I'll get onto this soon.

6'6" × 21¼" × 2¼" chined rails. Light weight.
Slight vee nose entry to double concave to vee tail.
Has cosmetic blemishes so priced accordingly. New, not surfed.
