Great to be out on the track again. Unfortunately a blown diff meant we were a metre away from the finish in the last race and missed a second in the best pairs. Hope for better luck next meeting.

71G is ready to race for the Gladiators night two of Peter Barry at Meanee

Tough nite for Bruce Motorsport with only one car driving under its own steam after last race and that was only in first gear! Shock issues on 71G and 717G with a big wall hit for 17G and a new front bumper required. New gear box for 71G to increase the gear options.
Some late nights to get everything tidy for Gisborne Gladiators teams at Peter Barry this weekend!
However had been a great night up to that point with both cars being fast and competitive and the new pilot in 717G holding his own in his first race meeting!

Up The G!

Better second night of racing at Meanee last night. Racing was postponed from Saturday and the weather cleared for a great night for the 17G car. Started 15 and finished 4th in the first, 3 to finish 3 in the second and 19th to finish 9th in the last-although was running 3rd until doing a loop on the infield on the last lap. Few changes to the set up and the car was running so well amoungst a fast field. Roll on Saturday night in Gisborne!

Not the best of nights for 17G at Meanee last night unfortunately. Spun out and hit in race 1 meant a DNF. Race 2 started off the back (33) and finished 16. Race 3 was another spin and red light on just as the car restarted. Another DNF. Some big hits and lots of cars towed off in all the classes. Weather has beaten racing for tonight - postponed till Sunday at this stage.
