It's a full weekend of workshops, with classes for everyone—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
Acro Yoga is a playful mix of yoga, partner acrobatics, and connection. It's all about having fun, building trust, learning new skills, and being part of an amazing community.
We've got incredible teachers coming from all around New Zealand, so it's the perfect chance to give it a go if you've ever been curious!
