Another successful Ben Holden Fencing with integrity Gisborne Senior Tennis tournament. Great weather, visitors and locals enjoyed last weekend. Thanks again our sponsors Ben Holden, Kiwisuccess, Taste One, Matawhero Wines, Leaderbrand and SurfCity Orchard.

Final touches to the courts, net installation. Ready to rock’n roll for next weekend. Plenty of spaces in all draws for late entries. Thanks again to our main sponsor, Ben Holden Fencing. Cash prizes in all divisions as well as some extra goodies for championship winners.

Entries are now open online. Please pay your tournament entry fees to Gisborne Vets Tennis 03-0638-0382220-00. $60 for two events including dinner on Saturday night. $35 for one event. $15 for non players dinner. $10 per night per person for camping. Looking forward to seeing you all

Day 2 of the Annual Gizzy Senior tournament. Spring weather had some interesting winds throughout. Some winners not available for photos. Great weekend of tennis. Thanks to all who made the trip.

Hello tennis friends, not long till our tournament.
A few points:
Draws will be 8 not 16.
Some great accommodation options near club or beach and also option to camp at the tennis club on the grass.
Some great cash prizes and our usual Gizzy produce bags.
Our fabulous chef cooking the Saturday night meal and is being held in the tennis pavilion with BYO option.
Squash courts building will be available for extra showers/toilets and licensed bar.
