Aimee Challies You can use any sling you have available. I am using the Elements Harness Sling and the Elements Wide Sling (standard size). I’ve attached the long purple springs to the top of my Garuda Apparatus with Elements Cuffs for Bars.

I’m doing your online training with you! And just like you, trying my best, whilst navigating life and all its priorities! (As you can see in the last slide, where my training suddenly came to a halt!).

I’m so relieved I created an online library of training videos (before my life was turned upside down)!

It has been a very useful resource for exploring my movement ability & potential. Targeting specific goals and creating a schedule that will help me achieve them.

Plus, the recorded classes hold me accountable to my training. Not in a militant sense, but a focus on the task and don’t be distracted by your creative choreographic mind sense! (Although this is also a very good thing, everything just needs to be assigned its time and purpose!). There is something very accomplishing about finishing an online class! ✅

Here I am doing SQUATS from the BARRE GALLERY. And it was inspired by a lovely online member who told me after she did it. I wanted to test my endurance & which positions were a challenge for me. This class offers a lot of squat variations at the barre. ❤️‍🔥

Aimee Challies We begin the class with some very useful neural mobilisations; a great remedy for neck, shoulder, elbow & wrist tension. We then incorporate them into single leg standing balance; building stability and strength through the lower limb and hip.

A new practice in the ‘BARRE GALLERY’, currently with a diverse selection of 16 challenging practices. This class has a slightly different flavour, as you spend it kneeling or lying down! Making it the perfect accompaniment to any of the barre practices, which are typically standing or inverted.

Aimee Challies This 20min class is great for pelvic floor health, mobilising the spine & strengthening the back of the body, namely hamstrings!
