We will have the Saloons running alongside our North Island Streetstock Championship on the 5th and 6th December including the McIndoe Logging Saloon Champ of Champs on the Saturday night.

🔥 Calling All Supersaloon & Saloon Drivers! 🔥

On the 5th & 6th of December, Awapuni Speedway will be hosting an epic Double Header Supersaloons & Saloons Championship Weekend! 🏁

We’re aiming to build something big – but we need your support to make it happen. If we can lock in strong numbers in both classes, we’ll be in a great position to attract some solid sponsorship and turn this into a massive weekend of racing for everyone involved!

For the first time in a number of years we have Super Saloons returning to the big banked track for the East Coast Super Saloon Champs proudly sponsored by the team at Eastland Oil & Engineering Supplies.

Also running the same night will be the Jag Painters Saloon Champ of Champs, PFM Production Saloon Champ of Champs, Pit Stop Gisborne Bruce Ellmers Memorial, Sidecar Champ of Champs and Law Cartmell Memorial & a ramp race derby (Numbers dependant - we still need more entries).

On the 29th of march we are also running our Saloon car Champ of Champs. If there are any cars interested in racing, please enter online through the Awapuni speedway website. Travel money will be provided 🙂
