Resistance training with Steph once a week has made a huge improvement to my arthritic hip (bone on bone) — truly life changing. With Steph’s professional guidance I’ve increased my strength, improved my balance and flexibility, doubled my daily steps, and shifted my thinking from simply coping with reduced mobility to taking on new activities.
