Bob Blair, whose courage in the face of unimaginable grief became one of New Zealand sport's most enduring stories, has passed away in England on his 94th birthday.

Thanks everyone for another great cricket season.

Fifteen years ago, Coast cricket was in a real downward spiral. It’s fair to say the game is now well and truly on the up, and that’s because of all of you — the players, volunteers, sponsors and supporters who continue to give their time to our great game.

Cricket 🏏 on the Coast only works because people care about it, and this season has been another reminder of that.

Keep warm over the winter, and we’ll see you all again when the sun comes back out. 🌞
