You survived! You didn’t drown or die from chocoholism!!! I’m proud of you! 👏🏻
Seriously though, life happens. Easter happens every single year. My wish for you is that each year we attack the chocolate holiday, you get clearer on how you’d like it to play out before it arrives and then make better choices as each one rolls around ✌🏻 🍫
Now what’s done is done, and I’m sure most of you don’t even need to fret about how much chocolate you ate - but you’re having guilty feels regardless . Forgive yourself and move forward my friends! You deserve a little sweetness in your life for all those challenging workouts you’ve done this year!

Ladies! I know how to help you create muscle OR lose body fat OR gain weight and sometimes a mix of more than one of these is achieved!
