Wicked loop this morning! Biked to the trig, run to the top and then biked to the other end of the beach to Anzac bay. Legs are feeling it now ๐ฅต

With movements like squats, it can be tempting to just load the weight on and go for volume, but range of movement is more important than weight for your overall well-being. The good news is that you can focus on range with no gear at all - just try some of the squat variations Iโve listed ๐๐ผ

Loving getting the chance to do some of the amazing tracks around the Waikato. Climbed to the top of Mt Te Aroha yesterday with some friends. Awesome hike and amazing views from the top!
