Who am I?

My name is Ashlea Quirk. I have a beautiful daughter Haisleigh who is currently 6 months old. I have decided to start up Māmā Movement as I struggled a lot during pregnancy and postpartum with Symphysis p***s dysfunction (SPD). I had always been an active person playing numerous sports and with a large sporting background this became a challenge. After having Haisleigh i had to learn to get my body moving again not only physically but mentally as well while figuring out how to do this safely. That's what made me think to help other women to safely start moving again postpartum as I know first hand it can be a struggle. The program I have designed is to support mums in many ways as there will be a few different classes to fit your needs. We have the flexibility around tending to children during the program as well as one of the programs being designed to have bub in the front pack if you choose, this is also a great way to meet mums and even have a coffee at the local cafe after. These are just some of the benefits of Māmā Movement and i look forward to been apart of some of your journeys.
