Long before modern fitness culture told women to pull their stomachs in, burn calories, and apologize for their size, our ancestors understood the sacred truth of a woman's body.

In te ao Māori, that pelvic bowl is Te Whare Tangata—the house of humanity, the living vessel of whakapapa. In the Cook Islands, the drum and the 'Ura were never about "getting fit." Dance was how our people passed down histories, honored the ocean, and kept the collective wairua unbroken.

On behalf of myself thank you for bringing such a positive impact and representing Hulanesian with such Grace, Vibe and all the Love you injected into it🎈🙏🏾.

I’m greatful Hulanesian brings soooo much joy into the lives of others but moreso the instructor behind it that makes it come ALIVE!!!

I would like to say a massive THANK YOU! to our beautiful community that attended at least one Hulanesian class with-in the 6 years we have been operating here in Melbourne!

Since moving from New Zealand 🇳🇿 to bring the flavas of Hulanesian to Melbourne we have connected to so many different walks of life's. We had sisters that came to class to reconnect with culture, to loose weight, to find a community, to dance and have fun! We appreciate each and everyone of our sisters and we hope to see you all on our next venture.

Dam I’ve been so busy, Creating, Achieving, Succeeding!!! But behind it all I just keep going!!! I’m showing up even when I haven’t wanted to, even when I haven’t fiqured it all out but Quietly it’s coming along and I’ll leave it at that!!
