I love when common sense is offered
We've noticed an inceasing amount of misleading views being promoted in the media in relation to exercise venues being unsafe. This isn't back up by the science, and we challenge it here:

Research from the UK also shows that even with moderate levels of CV-19 in the community, that exercise facilities are safe, and also gym-users are 160x LESS likely to contract CV-19.

The more tools in your tool basket , the more options you have . Just because we have great sunshine in NZ doesn't mean someone is absorbing the Vit D , through the gut/ blocked with using sunscreens etc

Kinesio Tape in Action!
Here is a progress shot from one of our latest course participants. Her leg was caught on a rope and the 'before' shot shows how bruised the leg was. Kinesio Tex gold FP tape was applied and the 'after' shot was taken less than 24 HOURS after application.
