Sooo to much disbelief... the arm is made up of 5 parts... two parts biceps .. three triceps......
So knowing this ... does it make sense to work your biceps.. over and over???
Answer no....
Would it make sense to work triceps as often if not more than biceps and if you did would your arm look bigger and be stronger ...hmmmm f**k yes
Triceps are the underdog of muscles .. they don't overly stick out nor do they look as amazing compared to other counter parts ....
But yet ...they make up most of your arm ....they make the difference if your bench is strong or not ...
And 9 out of 10 times if you have big arms ,your triceps are swole....
Long story short ....
Train triceps and traing them hard ....

Today I’m feeling proud
I haven’t often felt proud of myself. I haven’t often given myself a reason to be proud of me
I used to start things and never finish them. Courses. Degrees. Projects. You name it! More often than not I would “ give up” after a few months and say “ it wasn’t for me “
Until health and fitness came into my life. I was extremely unhealthy for a number of years. And I mean EXTREMELY. I partied my weekends away until eventually there came a time my “ weekends” lasted 7 days of the week. But all of that is long in the past
This progress photo means so much! My journey hasn’t been all smooth sailing. In the early days it was more like ten steps forward, followed by 8 or so backwards. Routinely so!
But finally I am proud of who I have become! I have remained consistent, kept away from negative influences and people who weren’t willing to move forward with their lives and broken free of old patterns and habits that kept me stuck in a place I wasn’t able to be my authentic self or move forward with my life
I have a long way to go on this path I’ve chosen. But I am stoked with my efforts and achievements thus far 😀💪👋🏻🤞✨🎉
